I placed an order for chairs and a table. Only the table was delivered, and the chairs were cancelled without informing me. I reordered the chairs and received an SMS confirming delivery. The delivery never happened. I was later told the driver had car problems, then received false messages saying I was unreachable, even though someone was at home and there were no missed calls. My order was cancelled again without notice. After contacting WhatsApp support and a supervisor, I was advised to place the order again and was promised fast-tracking. On the delivery day, the driver said she was nearby, but went in the wrong direction, became agitated, and refused to turn around. While the person at home was trying to share a live location, the driver hung up and returned the order, falsely claiming I was unreachable. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience marked by poor communication, repeated cancellations, and unprofessional delivery handling.
Accelerit will come back to you years after you closed your account. Rather go with Afrihost or another reputable company. I closed my account in 2021, they came to collect the router, sent me an email that they have received the router, it is in good condition and they will close my account. Fast-forward in 2023 I get an invoice for me to pay for the router because they say I did not return it.. Lol, I found this funny, especially coming back to me over 2 years later, like they were hoping I forgot and that ill just pay the invoice. I rep**** to their email, attaching their confirmation of receipt from 2021. They ignored my email. I followed-up a few days later and still nothing. Today I received an email from a debt recovery company saying my account has been handed over.. I have referred this matter to CGSO.
Please be aware of the lack of communication and some expect extended timelines from what is being advertised. I made an order and I was informed that my order will be be delivered within 1-2 days if it is not a personalised item and I am in a remote area. Little did I know after making the order there was additional number of days for preparation of the order. I contacted Little Miss Grace to let them know that this timelines will not work and there was never a single response to acknowledge my email. The next email was a few days later auto-generated with the tracking number. So if its a gift you are buying for a particular occasion and you have a set timeline, rather buy at a store or another supplier with more precise timelines.
Maurice Valla has tried his best into giving me a better but sadly due to financial constraints, I could no longer afford the policy and had no choice but to leave the royal family… temporarily. Will definitely return in about 2 months. I’m an still extremely happy with the service from KP 👑
The Mc Donald’s app is the worst and it will leave you hungry to a point that you’ll end up cooking your own food. I ordered a meal and an hours 30 minutes ago and nothing happened. When I called, I was informed that my order was not received and at that time I have already payed. Rather use Mr D, Uber eats or Drive to the store, save yourself from the frustration and wasting airtime calling back and a forth.
The Thrifty Car Rental Branch at Cape Town International Airport. This branch has the worst service ever. Every time when I call they do not answer but other branches are answering. I have been sending follow-up emails for more than two weeks now and no one is responding. I am querying my deposit which has not been refunded to my credit card since.
I would advise no one to use Accelirit as their internet providers. The staff is very rude, they don’t respond to tickets/emails. I am using the internet for work meetings and I always get disconnections with no one to assist. I end up buying data and hotspotting my laptop while I’m paying almost a thousand for internet.
I took a 24 months contract with Telkom, this was 2 years ago, August was my last month, I notified Telkom 30 days in advance that I would like to NOT continue with the contract. I called the call center and I was told to do it online/app, I did so and got a confirmation email. Since then, there has not been any progress, when I call the call center, I would spend almost an hour holding, this happened regularly throughout my contract that I would struggle for service (thats a separate issue). To my surprise they billed me in September again for the contract I requested to cancel and even gave them the stipulated notice. I fail to understand why is it such a mission to cancel a contract. We are being forced to remain on contract and I would discourage anyone from taking a contract with telkom for this reason, among many other reasons.
DsTV has been offline for a more than a week now. No one has the answers as to when they will be back and they are rude about it. It is really frustrating to drive all the way, taking time off work and using your own petrol for you not to get assistance for the service you are paying for. It is utter disrespect and I will be deactivating my DStv account since this is not the first time this happens!
I have a Woolworths credit card which is administered by ABSA. Since February 2020, I have been having trouble performing online transactions, reason being that my cellphone number is not loaded on my profile. When I call Woolworths, they would tell me that I need to go to an ABSA branch, when I get to ABSA bank, I am told that they can only reset my PIN and I need to call Woolworths financial services. Now I am being told that I need to go to an ABSA branch which has a Private/Business banker, I have been to two of those already and I am told that the Private/Business bankers are working from home and no one is available to assist me. When I call Woolworths, I am being told that there is nothing they can do or they will get back to me and never do. I am frustrated and feel like the two are busy shifting the blame instead of working together to resolve this issue and I am tired of the run around since February and it is now September 2020. It is very disappointing to be treated like this.
