Very disappointed customer

I had ordered a personalised name pendant and chain as a gift. The name does not look like the the name given for printing. I emailed them after receiving the gift and got no response for a whole week. I then called them and asked what can be done as I am not happy with the item. They said they will ask the manager what can be done.

That took another few days and got a response of "they cannot re engrave the item". So i replied requested a refund if possible as I am not happy with the gift.

I have tried calling 3 times, and every time i call it is so noisy on their side and they cannot hear or help me with my issue. They are always in loadshedding and the noise of the generator makes it impossible to get your message accross to them. Absolutely disappointed with their service.
