Stay away from these clowns

On the 29th July 2023 I inquired about a spare part for a portable air conditioner, their response is slow to start with. Eventually a person with the name "G" assisted me, which resulted in misunderstandings. In my humble opinion I think this person is highly ***********. All of the above left me frustrated.

Rather buy an inferior product with good after sales service than a good product with bad after sales service.

Steer clear of Midea products as there are no after sales service.
