On 17 June I have ordered an item online and by 19 June the parcel was delivered, unfortunately the wrong item. Made a telephone call to the call centre, the agent (Sherwin) at the call centre deserve praise for the way he assisted me! The agent advised to log a return for the item. I completed the form/questionnaire, and selected the first available collection date which was 24 June. On 25 June I phoned the call centre to inquire what the problem was for not collecting the parcel, the agent told me it was too late for collection on that day and said the item would be collected the following day. Today is 28 June and the parcel is still in my house. Makro also need to refund me before I make any purchase from them again.
I bought a geyser from builders online on Tuesday 19/12/23 @ 13H32, there was a glitch on there side and the transaction was not completed. The funds was deducted from my account. One have to understand that I do not have a reference number nor a purchase number. I was asked for proof of payment which was provided by means of 1st a screenshot and 2nd bank statement. Now they refer from one department to the other playing the waiting game. You know he said, she said and in the meantime we are sitting ducks. I keep follow up as builders do not provide very little feedback. The latest was they request proof of payment, now please understand I have not created the beneficiary hence the only proof I have is that the funds was deducted from my account. Asanda Mkentane was supposed to have phoned me 30 minutes ago (15H15), great for feedback builders! Herewith my reference numbers, #1 1003398532 and #2 1003401667. I have spoken to the manager now....
If you want prompt and professional service, deal with Security King. I have placed an order on 26/9/23 @ 18H00 and received the items on 28/9/23 @ 11H00. These guys are awesome!
On the 29th July 2023 I inquired about a spare part for a portable air conditioner, their response is slow to start with. Eventually a person with the name "G" assisted me, which resulted in misunderstandings. In my humble opinion I think this person is highly ***********. All of the above left me frustrated. Rather buy an inferior product with good after sales service than a good product with bad after sales service. Steer clear of Midea products as there are no after sales service.
If I could rate 0 I would! Advertise items and after purchase it is out of stock.... They will only refund after 7 to 12 days, after I made an immediate payment.... My first and last! Stay away from these clowns!
Currently certain Spar stores have coupon promotions going in North West. I would like to redeem my completed card for the 28cm deep fry pan. Two of the four stores I visited in my local town have nothing available of any product! The other two told me no stock and are not sure if they going to get stock. I find this totally unacceptable before closing date....

On the 11th December approximately I phoned Sanral help centre. I was not looking forward to this due to previous bad expieriences with call centres in the past. This experience was a cut above the rest due with the assistance of Vivian, call # 3001954636. The way Vivian handled my call with professionalism was an awesome experience. Went to Hyper South Coast. Was treated as a thief, simply because I did not take the slip. The main problem is that their anti theft deactivation is not working! I have always been an occasional shopper at this sorrow franchise, had a run in 8 years ago. This however was the final straw. I feel humiliated to say the least. Get your ducks in a row.
