Unhappy!!
I placed a order for a pc board on the 22.01.2025. I paid R937. 25 for the pc board. My client informed me it was the wrong one, i then contacted Livance and they advised me that i can return it i just need to pay in the difference for the correct part. I sent back the wronf pc board, but never received the correct item or even my money back. I have made numerous attemps to get my money back but to no avail. They are *****sters!!!

Good but slow response
I bought an instafry cooker which dyfuntioned, after several exchanges sometimes even frustrating, the cooker was finally replaced. I am happy that I have a new cooker which will be tested this weekend. Thanks Livance for your positive response.

Stay away from these clowns
On the 29th July 2023 I inquired about a spare part for a portable air conditioner, their response is slow to start with. Eventually a person with the name "G" assisted me, which resulted in misunderstandings. In my humble opinion I think this person is highly ***********. All of the above left me frustrated. Rather buy an inferior product with good after sales service than a good product with bad after sales service. Steer clear of Midea products as there are no after sales service.

Livance Pty limited parts
I ordered a Midea Instachef part on the 19th April 2023. I have had the worst service possible. No one knows where the item is, or when it will be dispatched. I've asked several times for tracking numbers, and they ignore emails. Eventually a month later I am supposed to receive it as it is been shipped. Do not use them, extremely poor service. I cannot believe this company is still in business
