This is the second time im not receiving my order when i did a express delivery with no updates whatsoever. I have been following up but i am not getting a proper answer
I have been struggling quite a bit with waltons in cape town. They until today have not given me a order nunber or invoice. I collected both myself and a friend order because they were making empty promises the whole time or everytime we phoned.i now cant get a hold of anyone to refund me my delivery fee and there was items missing as well i want that refunded to myself and friend as well
My vehicle is in for repairs and i am not getting any feedback from these people
Very dissapointed in the way my claim is handled. Im waiting on them for 3 weeks now and still no responds on when my claim will be settled or handled or completed. Can someone also please respond on the app
I placed a order for a pc board on the 22.01.2025. I paid R937. 25 for the pc board. My client informed me it was the wrong one, i then contacted Livance and they advised me that i can return it i just need to pay in the difference for the correct part. I sent back the wronf pc board, but never received the correct item or even my money back. I have made numerous attemps to get my money back but to no avail. They are *****sters!!!
This happens all the time where i would place a order and the order will ve delivered 3 sometimes 4hours later? What is the problem that i have to wait so long for my order. And when i phone the call centre i wait up to 30min for assistance. I am not happy with shoprite 60
My transfer was requested on the 07.04 already. They even sent me a form to confirm it was done. This morning when my DC want to update my details on credit bureau they never updated my DC. I now have to wait on them to ****** just click a button to change my DC!!! I have to wait to get this status changed!! Why was it not done in the first place!!!
I mean why must we always wait two hours for the food to be delivered. They always say 40min to a hour but two hours? Pedros atlantis always does this

I am very unhappy with the service i have been receiving. I cant even call it service. I put a claim i on sunday last week 20.10 but they only received it on wednesday?? 23.10. I have had no feedback on how far my claim is.. I dont get any replies on emails sent and i get different answers every time i phone. I want to know why am i not getting any feedback and why is there no urgentcy regarding my claim.i am in need of my vehicle.!!
