Below is the ******* they send you when you want to return goods. The sheer audacity. I received a solar spotlight without a remote. It cannot be operated without a remote. Now I must pay for it to be returned. Is that how you make your money? I must return it at my cost , you refund me but not the full amount!!! You take the goods and re-sell it with the remote and make a massive profit on it. How do I test it without opening the package? You are blatant *******. 1. Timeframe for Returns Change of Mind / Incorrect / Unwanted Goods: Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Defective or Faulty Goods: These may be returned within 6 months of delivery under Sections 55 and 56 of the CPA for assessment and warranty processing. Requests logged outside these timeframes will unfortunately be declined.
2. Condition of Returned Items Items must be unused, uninstalled, and unopened, in original packaging and resaleable condition. Packaging must be undamaged, with no writing, stickers, or tape app**** directly to the OEM box. All components (manuals, accessories, *****s, fittings, etc.) must be included. Items that have been installed, tampered with, or modified cannot be accepted for refund, and will instead be processed under warranty where applicable. 3. Photos Required Please reply to this email with clear photos showing:
The item and its packaging (outer and inner boxes). Any damage, defect, or installation setup (if applicable). These photos are required before a collection or assessment can be arranged. 4. Return Packaging All items must be placed in protective outer packaging (such as a box or mailer). Courier waybills may not be attached directly to the OEM or product packaging. Returns handed to couriers without adequate protection may be rejected upon inspection. 5. Shipping & Collection Costs Return shipping is at the customer’s cost, unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by Livestainable. If we arrange collection on your behalf, the collection fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is accepted. Inspection & Liability All returned goods are inspected upon arrival. Livestainable is not responsible for damage or loss during transit, and customers are advised to insure the shipment. If the return does not meet policy conditions, it may be declined or subject to a restocking fee. 7. Refunds, Exchanges, or Store Credit Once the return has been received and approved, you may choose between: A refund to the original payment method, Store credit for future purchases, or An exchange (subject to stock availability). Refunds are processed within up to 12 business days, with an additional 3–5 working days for bank clearance. Initial shipping fees, collection fees, and a 15% restocking fee (where applicable) will be deducted from the refundable amount. 8. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned unless proven defective under warranty:
Health, hygiene, or consumable products. Made-to-order or custom items (e.g. cut-to-length cables). Software, license codes, or digital products. Clearance, Bargain Bin, or Final Sale items.
