Below is the ******* they send you when you want to return goods. The sheer audacity. I received a solar spotlight without a remote. It cannot be operated without a remote. Now I must pay for it to be returned. Is that how you make your money? I must return it at my cost , you refund me but not the full amount!!! You take the goods and re-sell it with the remote and make a massive profit on it. How do I test it without opening the package? You are blatant *******. Timeframe for Returns Change of Mind / Incorrect / Unwanted Goods: Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Defective or Faulty Goods: These may be returned within 6 months of delivery under Sections 55 and 56 of the CPA for assessment and warranty processing. Requests logged outside these timeframes will unfortunately be declined. 2. Condition of Returned Items Items must be unused, uninstalled, and unopened, in original packaging and resaleable condition. Packaging must be undamaged, with no writing, stickers, or tape app**** directly to the OEM box. All components (manuals, accessories, *****s, fittings, etc.) must be included. Items that have been installed, tampered with, or modified cannot be accepted for refund, and will instead be processed under warranty where applicable. 3. Photos Required Please reply to this email with clear photos showing: The item and its packaging (outer and inner boxes). Any damage, defect, or installation setup (if applicable). These photos are required before a collection or assessment can be arranged. 4. Return Packaging All items must be placed in protective outer packaging (such as a box or mailer). Courier waybills may not be attached directly to the OEM or product packaging. Returns handed to couriers without adequate protection may be rejected upon inspection. 5. Shipping & Collection Costs Return shipping is at the customer’s cost, unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by Livestainable. If we arrange collection on your behalf, the collection fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is accepted. You are also welcome to use your own courier or deliver the item directly to our premises at: 785 Jacqueline Drive, Garsfontein, Pretoria, 0042 6. Inspection & Liability All returned goods are inspected upon arrival. Livestainable is not responsible for damage or loss during transit, and customers are advised to insure the shipment. If the return does not meet policy conditions, it may be declined or subject to a restocking fee. 7. Refunds, Exchanges, or Store Credit Once the return has been received and approved, you may choose between: A refund to the original payment method, Store credit for future purchases, or An exchange (subject to stock availability). Refunds are processed within up to 12 business days, with an additional 3–5 working days for bank clearance. Initial shipping fees, collection fees, and a 15% restocking fee (where applicable) will be deducted from the refundable amount. 8. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned unless proven defective under warranty: Health, hygiene, or consumable products. Made-to-order or custom items (e.g. cut-to-length cables). Software, license codes, or digital products. Clearance, Bargain Bin, or Final Sale items.
ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND PATHETIC SERVICE. SHOW STOCK ON WEBSITE AND 2 DAYS AFTER IT WAS PURCHASED ONLINE THEY WRITE YOU A MAIL TO SAY THEY UNFORTUNATELY DONT HAVE STOCK AND THE'LL REFUND YOU BUT IT'LL TAKE 15 DAYS FOR YOU TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. YOU'RE IN SOUTH AFRICA!!! NOT A FOREIGN COUNTRY!! BUT BECAUSE THE NORM IN SOUTH AFRICA IS TO BE USELESS AND GETTING PAID FOR BEING USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT IMPORTANT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, IMMEDIATELY!!
Got one response and then nothing else. Just like many other businesses in South Africa , absolutely useless and thieving. Selling ******* goods that cant be returned or refunded. Why don't you have a number that I can call you to tell you how useless you are? Answer your ****** mail and give my money back!!
31st January 2023 I wrote a review on how useless and pathetic Leroy Merlin's service is. After placing the review I was contacted by Leroy Merlin to ask for my bank detail so that they can refund me. 10th February 2023 , still nothing yet. ONCE AGAIN, YOU ARE USELESS AND A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!! YOUR STAFF IS A BUNCH OF NUMB NUTS!! WHOEVER DOES BUSINESS WITH YOU JUST ACCEPTS THE PATHETIC SERVICE YOU GET IN SOUTH AFRICA NOWADAYS. HOPELESS!!
The most useless bunch of people I've dealt with. Online order placed on 9th of January 2023. Goods were available on their website. Delivery date 12th January 2023. Friday 13th January 2023 phoned them to find out where my order is and was told it was out for delivery. On their website when I logged into my account it showed order was cancelled. After numerous phone calls and emails still today the 31st of January, no refund or goods. Useless, thieving *******s.

I've recently (28/02/2020) bought 4 pairs of sock from the online Adidas shop. After opening the box i see that ALL 4 pairs of socks were made for a giant and not my small feet. I've phoned , sms'ed , mailed them but still no reply as yet. I actually phoned them a few times and being upset with their service said some nasty things. Do they know what a pain it is in this country to return goods if the people that work for them are so laid back they're horizontal? Fact of the matter is that I'm actually right because they still haven't put any effort in to collect the socks. You're useless ADIDAS and yes , I've said it again.
<p>I currently have a contract with MTN and wanted an additional contract as my phone is a piece of garbage.</p> <p>Phoned MTN last week Thursday the 13th of October and waited about 25 minutes to get through to a consultant . Everything hunkey dorey and i will receive my new phone in 3 days time. Today the 19th of October I phone again to wait another 25 minutes to hear where my phone is .... nothing. No record of me asking for an additional phone. While talking to the consultant she constantly interrups and not bother with what I have to say. So by getting upset and telling he to keep quiet when I'm talking she blatanly ends the call.</p> <p>You MTN and Vodacom suck and the people you employ are a bunch of yobs and useless numb nuts. </p>
