I have a problem they locked my door at Barlow park without telling me I come back door was locked when I asked the building manager no one want to help I stayed outside waiting for help until 21:00 I had to go sleep somewhere else when I asked the manager says they don’t know which means the place is not safe they ignored my emails

We had great service at the living room maboneng during my sister's bridal shower on the 12th November 2022, the staff was awesome, music excellent and as for the food oh my God it was very tasty and beautiful.

Andre du Plessie from Living Room took over my rental contract from Sell Savvy and it has gone to the dogs. He does not respond to your e-mails or phone calls. His assistant does try her best but unfortunately, it's not good enough. Rent is never paid on time even when they state in black and white - "In future your payment will be in your account by the 3rd of each month." This just does not happen at all. Do not use this company! They don't deserve the star - it should be a MINUS star.

My night started great, but it went downhill quickly. I wanted to order a drink and the bartender refused to serve me. Soon after my friends and I were standing outside, where the owner attacked my character and my friends' for no reason, saying the most brutal things. I enjoyed going to Living Room before but after this experience, I will never go back. Poor service and worst behaviour I've ever experienced.

<p>Booked a 30th birthday party between 12 PM and 16H00 on Sa****ay 4th of June. Booked and confirmed it with 2 people already the Tuesday 31 st of May. We knew there was a private party from 18H00. When we got there with all our guests still on their way Sa****ay 12 PM, we were told that they cant help us cause they got a booking in on Friday 3rd of June for the whole venue. REALLY!!!!!!????? CAN YOU BELIEVE THE NERVE. They just pulled their shoulders up and said sorry they cant help us. IWe couldn't believe it. They tried to make up for it to invite the birthday girl as a guest the next day (Sunday). Not very nice of them. Have no good thing to say about that place unfortunately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

This is less of a complaint and more of a means of bringing to attention an incident that occurred at your venue yesterday. <br> <br> On Sunday the 14th Feb. My partner and I came to your establishment. We were charged entrance and made our way to the bar. <br> <br> Whilst waiting, a visibly drunken individual approached and made some horrific statements about our lifestyle. <br> <br> My partner and I were being very respectful to the crowd and we generally show little affection in public, because of our understanding of the fact that some may not agree. <br> <br> Regardless, we left approx. 10 minutes after entering your venue and have vouched never to go back. We have been coming since the opening of the establishment and feel it no longer is a place we can be comfortable and enjoy ourselves. The person responsible was slurring and visibly drink, and should have been asked to leave or removed. Especially since there was a charge for entrance and so the loss was entirely ours.
