I paid for a free standing bath on 15 January 2015 after accepting a quote from Living Space Today. Thereafter I sent proof of payment. Communication then stopped, I phoned to enquire and Pieter told me he would check my payment and come back to me but never did. A week I then sent an email requesting a refund as there was no communication and it was costing me money to keep a plumber on site. Pieter then promised that my order was ready to be shipped but its now a week later and as usual nothing transpired. I would appreciate a refund as I had bought another bath. <br> Regards<br> Lonea
