Yet again I have received an sms saying my account is overdue, this after I received a refund from MTN. Furthermore my service is suspended. AS PER MY PREVIOUS REQUESTS, I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND GIVE MTN ITS PHONE BACK, I AM TIRED OF THIS BATTLE. I don't understand why it is so difficult to sort that I signed for a R479 top up contract, and that is all I owe MTN and so far I am up to date with my payments. It's quite amazing that immediately after I requested to become a cash paying customer,MTN suspends my service, I have been pleading with MTN to sort out this mess for 5(five) whole months and every time I get promised that it is sorted out but come month end then I am overcharged. I am not a millionaire, R800 you overcharge me every month, might be peanuts to MTN but it is a lot to me, I therefore refused to be inconvenienced by you and be bullied by the threats of legal actions that I know will soon follow. I REFUSE TO BE PERSECUTED FOR MTN'S INCOMPETENCE.
I paid for a free standing bath on 15 January 2015 after accepting a quote from Living Space Today. Thereafter I sent proof of payment. Communication then stopped, I phoned to enquire and Pieter told me he would check my payment and come back to me but never did. A week I then sent an email requesting a refund as there was no communication and it was costing me money to keep a plumber on site. Pieter then promised that my order was ready to be shipped but its now a week later and as usual nothing transpired. I would appreciate a refund as I had bought another bath. <br> Regards<br> Lonea
