My wife bought me a new braai for Christmas. There was a flaw in the bottom drum. I emailed the company on Christmad morning expecting a reply after the holiday- received a reply same day! Replacement part received 4 days later - awesome service- Thank you

I can highly recommend Matthew. He listened and answered all my questions with respect. The installation was also done an week earlier that estimated. I got numerous quotes and they were the most economic also. Very professional service.

A while back, my purse was stolen with a @Home gift card from my son in it. My efforts to get help at the branch where the card was bought were in vain, so I went to @Home Living space in Somerset West. I wanted to find out what time they closed so that my son could bring his ID etc after work to assist in blocking the card. When the young lady doing sanitising duty at the door saw my disappointment when she told me they close at 5 every day, she asked if I had a problem. I explained my problem and she invited me in, called the manager and from there on I got all the help I needed. The staff went out of their way to assist me and they regularly called to keep me updated on the process. Jaimee, Warren, Bianca and Stephanie are the kind of people who build a great reputation for a company. Especially Jaimee, who could have pulled up her shoulders and sprayed sanitiser on the next customer's hands, but didn't. If it wasn't for her caring and helpful attitude, I probably would have walked away, fed-up with @Home. Sterling service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you @Home Living Space Somerset West!

I paid for a free standing bath on 15 January 2015 after accepting a quote from Living Space Today. Thereafter I sent proof of payment. Communication then stopped, I phoned to enquire and Pieter told me he would check my payment and come back to me but never did. A week I then sent an email requesting a refund as there was no communication and it was costing me money to keep a plumber on site. Pieter then promised that my order was ready to be shipped but its now a week later and as usual nothing transpired. I would appreciate a refund as I had bought another bath. <br> Regards<br> Lonea
