I am extremely disappointed with the online auction service and the dealer collection at Epping. Tomorrow it will be a week later still the paperwork is not in order. Communication is absolutely no good. Online only responding with a urgent question to the payment a day later. Documentation was supp**** with the proof of payment to online but when arriving at the branch they know nothing about the documents. Epping branch manager should have handled our situation with more care on the day we were there for four hours and here we are still with the same issue... I believe then I don't overreact when I get frustrated if you paid but can't get the paperwork on the correct details. If the staff can't assist a client then I believe the manager should get it sorted and not just let clients wait all day since the manager has meetings. Like I said as if yet the paperwork is not sorted. No phonecall from the manager to follow-up nothing. We are not first time buyers and even if we were this is no way to treat clients.
Absolutely pathetic! I contacted them to verify stock before I placed my order. Need to wait 5-7 working days for delivery but even on day 7 they can't provide a tracking number. After my blood pressure went through the roof they said the vendor doesn't have stock! I said I demand a refund with an immediate payment! They said I need to wait again 3-5 working days to proses my payment! A day later I follow the progress of my refund with the same response! I would have saved myself alot of s... if I only read the reviews before placing my order! I spoke with the vendor and they confirmed that Homzy don't even pay them that is why they don't supply them with placed orders. Again Homzy should be aware of that. I asked to speak with the manager... but my Whatsapp does not get read. There goes a purchase with such excitement now turned into hell!!!
I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH TAKEALOT REGARDING A RETURN THAT WAS NOT REFUNDED!!! HOW DO YOU TEST A BICYCLE WITHOUT RIDING IT? SCHEDULED A RETURN 2DAYS AFTER DELIVERY THE BIKES IS MUCH TO SMALL FOR GROWN ADULTS. YOUNGSTERS/JUNIORS WILL FIT ON THE BICYCLES. IT SHOWS 6MONTH WARRANTY BUT AFTER TAKEALOT RECEIVED IT THEY SEND ME A PICTURE THAT IT HAS GONE FOR A RIDE... SO THEY STATE IT ITEMS ARE USED AND NON REFUNDABLE!!!! WE BOUGHT 2 BICYCLES!!! AFTER SPENDING RF169504 IN 3 MONTHS AT TAKEALOT THEY DON'T WANT TO RETURN THE ITEMS AND SEND IT BACK TO ME... WELL IT IS STANDING WRAPPED IN THE GARAGE SINCE WE ALEADY BOUGHT BICYCLES AFTER WE RETURNED THOSE JUNIOR BIKES. WILL MOST NOT SPEND A DIME AT TAKEALOT AGAIN WITH THIS KIND OF NON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!! SINCE DECEMBER IT HAS BEEN A LOST CASE WITH MTN... 8 MONTHS LATER STILL THE SAME ISSUE. THEY DEDUCT R1445 FOR A DATA CONTRACT OF R300 THAT HAS EXPIRED NO NOTICE ONLY DEDUCTING IT. AFTER CANCELLATION WAS DONE STILL THEY ARE DEDUCTING MONEY. WE HAVE NO SIGNAL CAN NOT MAKE ANY CALLS BUT THEY CAN ONCE AGAIN DEDUCT R1700 EACH MONTH BUT CAN'T DO ANYTHING REGARDING SIGNAL BOOSTER!!! THEY SAID IF THEY CAN CONFIRM WE DON'T HAVE SIGNAL THEY WILL MIGRATE ME WITHOUT CANCELLATION FEES TO VODACOM BUT THEY STILL HAVE NOT COME TO OUR PREMISES. THIS IS WHAT OUR LOYALTY FOR YEARS HAS COME TO! PATHETIC IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!
I can highly recommend Matthew. He listened and answered all my questions with respect. The installation was also done an week earlier that estimated. I got numerous quotes and they were the most economic also. Very professional service.
Absolutely useless!!! After numerous attempt during the year not even once or twice I can't understand how such a place can still take your money with absolutely no service... no complaint has been dealt with but if I want to port my number back to Vodacom just to be able to get calls. I need to pay more than R7000 because I am still in contract but can't use the contact for what I pay R1700 each month and there are additional numbers and services link to my account. They need to confirm if there is indeed a service issue but after having reference numbers nobody is contacting me to be of any service. I find it outrages!!!! 1 star is tooo much to rate MTN's service!!!
