Sterling service

A while back, my purse was stolen with a @Home gift card from my son in it. My efforts to get help at the branch where the card was bought were in vain, so I went to @Home Living space in Somerset West. I wanted to find out what time they closed so that my son could bring his ID etc after work to assist in blocking the card. When the young lady doing sanitising duty at the door saw my disappointment when she told me they close at 5 every day, she asked if I had a problem. I explained my problem and she invited me in, called the manager and from there on I got all the help I needed. The staff went out of their way to assist me and they regularly called to keep me updated on the process. Jaimee, Warren, Bianca and Stephanie are the kind of people who build a great reputation for a company. Especially Jaimee, who could have pulled up her shoulders and sprayed sanitiser on the next customer's hands, but didn't. If it wasn't for her caring and helpful attitude, I probably would have walked away, fed-up with @Home. Sterling service like this is hard to find these days.
