Livoltek, no reply or customer support. Damn useless

If there was a chance for no stars, I would submit that. I have left several messages and emails for them to contact me and after weeks of waiting, have decided to write to Hellopeter. I will not recommend this company to anyone, as a solar supplier of equipment, if this is how they do business, with no response, how will they be on aftersales support. 0/10 in my books

Why is it that it always takes a complaint to get immediate attention. When enquiries go unanswered for weeks.
I have been asking for pricing and assistance for around 4-5 weeks now and have not received one response. As a supplier of Solar products, I will not recommend your company or its product to anyone or give any positive feedback
