If I could give no stars I would. People beware this company is a ****. Firstly I ordered a special discount for first time users for ZAR 500 for 100 units. My account was debited by ZAR 920 almost double. After numerous unanswered attempts (both by email and telephonically) to contact Bark, I have been unsuccessful. The leads that have been supp****, have been pathetic to say the least. As a member of Snupit for years, with no bad service or thievery I will rather continue to use their services. I left a review on Trustpilot which I was told to remove a contact name and nothing further Bark your business ethics are disgraceful and I will not stop to portray your business in that bad light

Livoltek, no reply or customer support. Damn useless
If there was a chance for no stars, I would submit that. I have left several messages and emails for them to contact me and after weeks of waiting, have decided to write to Hellopeter. I will not recommend this company to anyone, as a solar supplier of equipment, if this is how they do business, with no response, how will they be on aftersales support. 0/10 in my books
