After a positive experience during a previous fitment at the Menlopark facility, we decided to purchase another bra online. However, after completing the payment, we were informed that the item was out of stock and that it would take 12 weeks to arrive.
Given that my previous order only took 7 days, we opted personally contacted the sales representative to explore alternative options. Unfortunately, the response we received was unexpectedly rude and unhelpful. Instead of being assisted further, the order was cancelled and we were informed that it will be refunded within 7-14 days, without any effort to offer solutions or alternative products.
I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and the dismissive attitude displayed. Based on this experience, we will not be making use of their services again.
