Stay away from Lizzardonline
I had ordered an insulated cup which is ceramic coated on the inside. Lizzard advertises that it does not alter the taste of the drink. I have used it now a couple of times. It is unfortunately changing the taste of the drink, which is coffee in my case. I had sent 2 emails to lizzard onto the advertised email address on the webpage. No response at all! I even tried calling both numbers on the webpage. Both of them do not have any response either. I am very disappointed with my purchase. I will definitely not recommend Lizzard to anyone. This is really bad customer service if a business does not respond at all.

Please be warned about this company. They advertised an insulated mug, which apparently is ceramic coated and apparently does not alter the taste. When I returned it as per Lizzard’s instructions, they sent a courier to collect the item. This was months ago. Until now I have not received the refund they promised. They sent as a proof of refund some self-created printout. Not even an official bank document. I had sent them my banking details twice. The company seems to operate in this manner. Even the emails one receives does not carry any names. So you won’t know who you are dealing with. The phone number on their webpage just keeps on ringing but nobody ever picks up. This is not a professional company! Please stay away! If you return the item as per agreement, they just keep on sending empty promises. They told me that they had done a refund with payflex or some nonsense. This is clearly just a tactic to waste time. I don’t foresee tha I will ever get my money back nor a working item instead. This is highly unprofessional. I will definitely take further steps as now it is not about the money anymore. But I want to warn other potential clients and prevent that this will happen to someone else.
Get your products from a company, which is responsible and reliable. Lizzard SA is not responsive and not reliable! I will definitely not recommend!
