Troublesome LoadAlot

I have been struggling with this company for the past month.

I have had so many engagements and when they had to deliver, it was just excuses. First they said that the truck was broken so the delivery had to be postponed 3 days. Then the driver had to go to renew his license. Eventually I decided in conjunction with 3 of their staff to get another company to deliver my goods.

After another 6 days, no one can confirm when I will get my deposit refunded.....
