Locanto should secure their website
Locanto is a great site to advertise right about anything. From houses , cars, clothes, gadgets , etc. You can even find a lover or a hookup on the site. The problem is that there is a lot of scammers on the site and time wasters. The site doesn't seem to be doing anything about it. Even after reporting the scammers profile , they allow him to stay on the site. This is one classified website you will find scammers who have been having a profile which is like 3 years old. As they show how many years the person has had their profile. 3 years of scamming people and with plenty of adverts that prove that they are not legit but Locanto will still keep them on the site. If you are scammed support won't assist you. So you are basically on your own. A better secured way to eradicate the scammers on the website would make their website so much fun and trusted. But for now enter at own risk. Be careful of plenty of people who are advertising just to waste your time only.

Locanto Ads Useless service
Locanto Placing ads are more unproductive than a fish in a desert. When typing a 2nd ad , on the last there site shows start again In todays life whe dont have time for sick growups that cant give a decent Locanto ad placing service Definatly will never ever recommend there usless service.

Don't use Locanto for anything
Stay away.. best two words for this site. If you look for something, use Gumtree, anything on Locanto is a fraud, and as the site doesn't do anything against the fraudsters, everything on that site is fake! Use GUMTREE!!!!!

business listing and event advertising scam
Don't use services, once you advertise they send scam emails to your account, and on their site they show a high figure of hits on your ad so you think your ad is successful as well and that you think that you are getting traffic. Even worse, they also continue to debit your account even when you haven't advertised.

Don't use services, once you advertise they send scam emails to your account, and on their site they show a high figure of hits on your ad so you think your ad is successful as well and that you think that you are getting traffic. Even worse, they also continue to debit your account even when you haven't advertised.

Locanto advertising platform ,an advertising group
I bought a parrot from a registered pet shop, but have problems with cats. So i advertised on Locanto,advert went live and i had no response to ad so i bumped up the ad for 7 days paying them R19 which was readily accepted, the following day the ad was cancelled.Daylight robbery. They then cited animal laws etc ,which is **** as budgies,parrots etc are sold at pet shops, we are not hunting or catching them in the wild. The same ad was accepted by a much larger group with no hitches. Absa dispute dept re-instated the monies. Please guys beware of advertising on this platform.

Locanto allowing anyone to post fake ads without confirmation of phone numbers used.
Someone has posted an ad with my photo and contact number of locanto without my consent. there is no contact number on this site for complains only send a message. its been 6 hours now and no response. Legal action with be taken if there is no response and no log of the IP address used to post this ad.

Responded to a add for Johannesburg Coton du tulear puppies for sale on Locanto pretorious dewald lambertus and his mate or they could be the same person Chrispen Moyo will ask for immediate eft payment and will string you along about your puppy delivery from Eastern Cape... beware they are scum!!!! Threatened me after I reported them to make me the most wanted person in person and to post my pics from Facebook all over the internet

POOR Experience and NO Feedback
<p>We are trying to place an add. The site has become VERY user unfriendly and hangs.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have submitted 3 complaints to Locanto. They don't even bother to reply.</p>
