We purchased a Afterglow Xbox one controller for my son's birthday. On Friday Night we noticed an electric burn smell. It was the wire for the controller that started melting at the controller plug-in point. We went to Makro Centurion on Saturday to exchange the remote. Johanna Magoai at the Multimedia section confirmed that this controller has a 12 month warranty. Then we were met with resistance and incompetence at the returns counter by another sales consultant, Faith Nkwe, that was called-in to assist. Faith then referred the matter to a "manager", Sharon Jenneker, who was not interested in anything but being short and abrupt and refusing to consider a refund/exchange. Johanna, Faith and Sharon then entered into a dispute in front of us about the warranty, but I told them it was VERY unprofessional to argue in front of a client. The staff could not prove the warranty policy for this specific item. Sharon did not budge and we left with the old, broken controller in hand. Very unprofessional and I think the staff lied to cover themselves and alter the returns policy/warranty at their leisure to suite the store.
I find it very distasteful when your sales personnel badmouth the company they work for; i.e. Outsurance in this case. The lady in question is not afraid to make the following comments and statements at parties we have attended with a select few friends. "Don't ever get outsurance. They do no pay-out. Even we do not have policies at outsurance. We just work there".. Ha-ha-ha.
I find it extremely disappointing to see my add was never published even after I paid for year subscription and gallery add. I was supposed to have a staffordshire bull terrier add up on Pets Sa, but you clearly took my money and no add published. You will deposit the money back in my account. I Don't stand for incompetence or corruption, and if it is a by accident a mistake, you are running an unprofessional business, wake up!!! I published with other more professional online businesses and sold all my puppies.
We purchase over R 3000 worth of clothing. The till operator was negligent and did not remove a tag from 1 pack of underpants. My wife drove all the way there from Centurion to have the tag removed, only to be met with arrogance and bad attitude form the manager. She entered the shop and the tag set off the alarms. The security acknowledged that she entered the shop with goods in hand. The till lady could not help. The manager could not remove the tag, as my wife did not have the slip with her. My wife just left the goods there, in frustration. PATHETIC from the manager and clearly did not want to help. Only met with UNHELPFULLNESS and UNWILLINGNESS. You guys are useless. Operators and managers need much more training, especially when it comes to customer liaison and customer service.
Yesterday; another girl drowned at Nkwe. Management is nowhere to be found at not involved at all. Surely they should be held accountable to some extent. What about lifeguards? This could have prevented another death. Seems to me that the owners of this property are only interested in scooping as much money as they can without proper precautions and without duty of care? Then you get the brainless idiots who don't tell their children off and let them hang around the scene to see the body? Not the sort of thing I would like my kids to see. Sadly, the racism card was also played, accusing the caretaker of the victim "black people should not come there if they cannot swim". A very sad day!!
A Proteacoin Guard bumped our car and tried to FLEA THE SCENE. He was held by private security until we returned to our car. He was driving WITHOUT A DRIVERS LICENCE. We reported the matter to Marius van Zyl. He committed to have the situation and our damages taken care of. A month later......No word from them; even after further e-mails, now also including Dawie du Toit and ********** I do not believe they will do the right thing, especially since they don not return communication and just keep silent, avoiding the situation. These are the criminals that are supposed to protect the public, but they do not have integrity.

<p>My son had surgery on 30th April2017. It was a involuntary PMB case. We had medical aid cover up to the end of April 2017, but could not carry on, due to financial hardship.</p> <p>Now; because we didn't contribute anymore, keyhealth refuses to pay for the surgeon's cost.</p> <p>Bottom line- we were covered - They don't pay.</p> <p>UNETHICAL - SHAME on you - keyhealth.</p> <p>BEWARE - they are FRAUDULANT and do NOT PAY LIGIT CLAIMS</p>

<p>We are trying to place an add. The site has become VERY user unfriendly and hangs.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have submitted 3 complaints to Locanto. They don't even bother to reply.</p>
