I made a full payment on 07/09/23 got a LockFloors and ClickFloors Permanently Closed email notification 27/09/23 I have been trying to get in touch with the liquidators or anyone able to assist with no success.

I paid full amount for the lock floor tiles and they kept saying order is delayed. I went to their offices only to find that they are closed with a note that said they're under voluntary liquidation. I do not know what else to do with this **** or dishonesty. If anyone has advises on how we can find these people please let us assist one another.

LockFloors asked me to pay upfront knowing the company was going to close - this is theft!!!! Deliberately misleading customers and taking their money. How dishonest - ****ing ******* !!!

If anyone has registered a ******** case of ***** and/or theft please share the relevant CAS/MAS reference number and if possible the investigating officer contact details. There will be multiple complainants countrywide and this will assist in the centralisation of all the charges.

Dear Client, Thank you for reporting the above mention case, we regret to advise that unfortunately all funds have been utilized in the FNB account. We urge you to pursue this matter ********ly in an attempt to recover the misappropriated funds. FNB will assist you in this process and will provide the South African Police Service (SAPS) and/or relevant law enforcement with information pertaining to the implicated FNB account, upon being served with a Section 205 Subpoena in terms of the ******** Procedure Act 51 of 1977. To the extent that you remain dissatisfied with our response, we recommend that you refer the matter to the FNB Care Department for an independent assessment.
