I think Discovery Insure is broken. For the third time this year I am having an issue with them. Geyser burst, simple right 'log a claim online' the automated message says - but that system seems to be broken, just doesn't work. Phone them on 0861 751 751, choose building claims, before it even goes through cut off, not once but 5 times. Phone their emergency line - they can't assist because the waters already been turned off. They can't even put me through to anyone. They suggest I select vehicle insurance, atleast this consultant is willing to log the claim and transfer it. Normally I would wait a day before they don't get back to, but I've learnt my lesson. Especially since the email I received now has it logged as a motor claim and I probably won't hear from them. Guess what, I just tried the buildings claim department, disconnected again. Tried the following up on a claim? Just sends resends me to 'what claim' and disconnects me. Really really frustrated with a company I have so many services with.
Very poor service from Discovery Insurance. Over 3 weeks and 14 phone calls, and a simple damaged mattress claim still isn't resolved. From referring me to incorrect departments, to service providers appointed never arriving, really disappointed. I'd hate to know how a serious claim would be resolved.
On the 7th June, I deposited money into another account using cash and the account number. I have used this same account number various times. When the transfer went through, it went to a different account. The transfer slip showed a different account to the one that was entered. On 8th June I went into the branch in Claremont - They told me the atm might have been tampered with. They told me to come back on the 10th June (Monday). When I went there they told me they were still investigating, and I must go back on Thursday. When I went back on Thursday they told me the account number I put in was rejected so it sent it to another account - they said they have escalated to head office. I since haven't heard from them.
Just a warning to those out there who had a bad experience with Lockfloors. They've rebranded as NXTSELL.
Stay away from this company. Absolutely terrible service. After being promised a delivery, which was urgent, just nothing. Phones are off, no one answering emails.
I must be honest that when I received the quote from EeziMove and they were so much cheaper I was quite apprehensive. I wasn't disappointed! Probably been one of the most efficient moving teams and office we've dealt with, from confirmation phone calls, and emails, to polite and professional staff on the ground. Would definitely recommend.
I had funds fraudulently taken from my account. I was called by someone with all my account information including most recent payments made, and was told I needed to verify the conversation over the app because there was possible fraud on my account. When I verified on the app, all funds were removed. I immediately went to a branch to report it, they sent me to another branch and said I would be refunded after 10 working days. After 10 working days I returned to the branch and they said it was my fault and they won't refund me.
Sort out your call centre. They answer the call, can clearly hear noise in the backround, then they drop the call. On one occasion, the call centre person asked if I was someone else, when I said no, they hung up. I have spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to call you. I am now cancelling my account.
Just don't do it. Their service has gone down the toilet in every respect.
