LOCKMASTERS SCAMMERS

Made use of Lock Masters to replace a Brass front door lock on the 18th July 2022 at a cost of R 1782.00 only to close the door and the whole lock came off sanding with the door handle in my hand. Contacted Lockmaster via tel 084 661-1452 no other way of contact then email info@lockmasters.co.za. I explain to them what happened. Now they say there is no warrentee for the workmenship and they cannot be held responsible for the work done???? How do people not have a conscience or good work ethics. They refuse to even come out to look what was done and how after 4 month the whole handle came completely undone. There is no PRIDE nor SHAME in stealing hardworking peoples money.
