Absolutely terrible
Terrible experience. They disclosed the call out fee which was fine then charged an insane amount for labour and a lock. The labour was R1300 for less than 1 hour and a lock that you buy for R300 was R1250. Absolutely Terrible. Now I don't get answers when trying to get feedback on this.

Overcharged !!!!!!!!!!!!
We had 4 small locks that needed to be replaced. Phoned JJ, he said call out fee is R250. Dit not bother to mention his ridiculous R1200 per our fee. His guy came to fix the 4 locks, took him 45min. We got charged R4050...... unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seeing all the complaints on hello peter that is the same, this guy is over priced and unethical !!!!!! Do not use them please !!!!!!! Really Lockpro?????

Stay away ridiculously expensive!!!!
Please stay away as they are ridiculously expensive. I got locked out of my house. It took them 1 minute to get the door open and was charged R1250 on top of the R350 callout. To make matters worse they charged me an additional 3% surcharge for using a credit card to make payment which i later found out is illegal.
