False Advertising Logik

To all consumers interested in buying either the 6 or 9 litre Logik Air Cooler with Remote.... Neither does have remotes! It clearly says in the boxes that it does but that is all just false advertising. According to personnel at Game they contacted the supplier (Logik) to complain about this but they, Logik , promised to attend to the issue but yet the products are still in the stores in boxes that says it includes remotes!! After discovering that the litre air cooler does not have a remote ,I took it back and exchanged it for the 9 litre (with remote) but ….. no remote. I urge Game and all stores stocking these products to take it of their shelves. After all, there are more people that complained about the same issue but nothing was done!
