I’m still struggling to get justice from this **** insurance company AA they refused pay to an amount of R7800.00 on my vehicle’s gearbox repair in December 2024 it’s been a year now they don’t want pay back my money that I paid toLandon Auto.I took this matter to Ombudsman and they instructed AA disputes department to resolve this matter but they refused again the matter went back to Ombudsman for further investigation.This insurance company is **** and I beg all people who covered by this **** to cancel their cover and look for insurance companies.This insurance company is ****ming their clients and even the service providers are complaining about this **** company they beg us to cancel it because they say even them are being ****med by this company when it comes to payments and also AA takes a lot of time to approve a simple claim and they want unnecessary documentation.

Hi So I had my vehicle insurance with Lombard insurance, my vehicle was written off in 2023, 2024 I stil had to pay for vehicle license as I was purchasing another vehicle and was having difficulty getting the license cause the previous vehicle was still under my name, anyway I was reimbursed by the company, this year I am trying to purchase license for my currently vehicle and I am unable to do so cause the previous vehicle that has been written off in 2023 is stil showing under my name, I even called the licensing department and there’s a hold on my previous license because it’s showing that I am owing on a vehicle that I don’t even have anymore! This is so frustrating cause now I am driving around with a vehicle that as an expired license,and as a female being pulled over in road blocks because of that! I have sent many emails. And was told I will get feedback, but till date I did not get any response, I tried to contact the company they of no help also said I should contact the broker! It’s like I am going in circles and having the same issue as last year! Please could I have some assistance as I need this to be sorted out urgently Thank you

In 2024 I had a warranty policy with AA when I claim in December 2024 they refused to pay the full amount to repair my vehicle’s gearbox which was covered for R20000.00.When I spoke to them for the first time they said that they will pay for c clip which cost less then R400.00 and a labour but after speaking to the manager they ended including the fifth gear they refused to pay the full amount I ended up paying an amount of R7772.00 out of my pocket.Please guys don’t join this insurance company it is a **** and they are very unprofessional.If you have a policy with this **** company please cancel it I’m talking from experience.I took the matter further to Ombudsman and ombudsman instructed them to talk to me and resolve this matter but up until now they are refusing to refund my money.This AA thing is a ****

Not a complaint against the company itself as it is against one of the staff working there. This staff member has displayed a visible and consistent hatred for one person over the span of many many years, and has recently even led a targeted hate and campaign and attempted cancellation against this said individual for absolutely no reason whatsoever except for her one sided loathing. Many companies, of which Lombard does seem to be one, put alot of effort into curating and maintaining their positive social image and standing in the community, encompassing their core business values, social responsibility as well as their staffs behaviour and how that behaviour reflects on the company they work for. However, when one staff member acts this attrociously towards an innocent person who did nothing wrong to them ever, one has to question whether the company trully knows what kind of person their staff member really is, and if they did, whether or not they would condone this kind of behaviour, and if it is something by which they would proudly stand and put their name behind. This makes one question the itegrity of the company as a whole, aswell as the staff member themselves. Even though I am trying to be respectful and not say the persons name if i can help it, I am happy to discuss this with the company should they decide to respond to me following this complaint. Thank you

Hi. So my vehicle was written off, I was in an accident in December 2022. This year I tried to purchase a vehicle and was informed that I could not license that vehicle cause the previous vehicle was not updated. I called the insurance and informed them and was told I need to make the payment and they will reimburse me the money. I have done that in may 2024. And stil have not received the reimbur*****t. I have sent through all the correct details and the payment was made into the wrong account when I sent an email regarding that, that required a confirmation letter which was sent and since they I did not receive any feedback

I am claiming as a 3rd party and Lombard sent me settlement offer on 23 June, which I accepted and sent back the same day. 2 days later and they act in bad faith, which in my opinion is a breach of SAIA code of conduct. Lombard do not want to fulfill the 1st legally binding offer and are trying to rescind the offer and have me take a lesser amount. As they acted in bad faith how can I possibly trust the won't do the same thing with the 2nd offer. I was told they would pay 1st offer in 5 days and today is day 5, still waiting for payment. I have emailed Lombard twice and received no response.
