I’m disgusted by the poor service that I received from this bunch of ****mers called Renew-it Mount Edgecombe.I experienced this bad and unprofessional service since November 2025 up until now my vehicle is not repaired properly.I took my vehicle to this **** company on 22 February 2026 for painting the right hand side and a rear bumper which was painted poorly in November 2025.Noelle sent me an email stating that I will get back my vehicle on 27 February 2026 and she was lying because when I go there on Saturday 28 February 2026 I found out that they painted the vehicle on Saturday morning and I waited for it for 2 hours and it was not polished and the rear bumper was not painted at all.They refused to give me a courtesy car since it was their fault to use wrong paint and they took my vehicle for a week just parked outside workshop.This is my first and a last time using this bunch of ****mers called Renew-it and I beg all clients to stop using this company.My vehicle has two colors because of their mess.They said they will call me to arrange another date for fixing this mess but up until now they haven’t done so yet.If I take this vehicle to them to fix this mess I want a courtesy car I can’t use taxis when going to work.
I’m very disappointed and disgusted about the repairs done by this **** company on my vehicle POLO TSI energetic orange in color. Automagic forced me to take my vehicle to Renew-it Mount Edgecombe for scratch and dent repairs on right front door dent and a rear bumper.They failed dismally to match the paint with the original paint their orange color is poor polishing is very poor too and I took the vehicle to them to try and fix the ******* they did on my vehicle but they refused to help me I phone my insurance company first for women and they promised to help me but they also failed both first for women and renew-it are ****mers and I don’t encourage people to use these companies.Automagic too is also a ****.I will make sure that justice prevails at the end of the day I will escalate this matter to Ombudsman.
I’m still struggling to get justice from this **** insurance company AA they refused pay to an amount of R7800.00 on my vehicle’s gearbox repair in December 2024 it’s been a year now they don’t want pay back my money that I paid toLandon Auto.I took this matter to Ombudsman and they instructed AA disputes department to resolve this matter but they refused again the matter went back to Ombudsman for further investigation.This insurance company is **** and I beg all people who covered by this **** to cancel their cover and look for insurance companies.This insurance company is ****ming their clients and even the service providers are complaining about this **** company they beg us to cancel it because they say even them are being ****med by this company when it comes to payments and also AA takes a lot of time to approve a simple claim and they want unnecessary documentation.
On 2025-10-08 I lodged a claim of my vehicle left rear door but up until now my claim is not approved yet I even sent them the quote that they requested but Neo from automagic said she will call Palace Panel and Paint to validate the quote but now she is ignoring my emails I sent her 3 follow up emails but she never responded to my emails.I think Auto & General is ****ming me about this claim together with automagic.I’m thinking of canceling this **** now
In 2024 I had a warranty policy with AA when I claim in December 2024 they refused to pay the full amount to repair my vehicle’s gearbox which was covered for R20000.00.When I spoke to them for the first time they said that they will pay for c clip which cost less then R400.00 and a labour but after speaking to the manager they ended including the fifth gear they refused to pay the full amount I ended up paying an amount of R7772.00 out of my pocket.Please guys don’t join this insurance company it is a **** and they are very unprofessional.If you have a policy with this **** company please cancel it I’m talking from experience.I took the matter further to Ombudsman and ombudsman instructed them to talk to me and resolve this matter but up until now they are refusing to refund my money.This AA thing is a ****
I would like to warn citizens of South Africa about AA warranties ****.This **** refused to refund my R7700.00 after Ombudsman gave the resolution department another to resolve the matter but they ignored me.Please whoever is insured with this **** please I beg you just cancel it there reliable insurance companies like Motor Plan Direct.This is a **** please don’t waste your money cancel AA warranty and thank me later.
AA is one of the ****s when it comes to insurance when you claim you know that they don’t pay.On December 2024 I had problem with my vehicle’s gearbox and it was covered for R20000.00 when I claim for the fifth gear they only paid R12000.00 and I ended up paying the outstanding amount to the service provider whilst I was paying premiums every month.Even that R12000.00 I fought a lot with them because they wanted to pay less than R500 for one part only but they ended up paying for the fifth gear after a day trying to convince them.I lodged a complaint to Ombudsman and Ombudsman refer me back to them to resolve this matter again but up until now they are refusing to refund my money.Please guys cancel this **** if you don’t want to be in trouble when you claim.
Pineapple I would like to thank Palesa who helped me to cover my cellphone since I was struggling to cover it via pineapple app but she was so helpful now I have a peace of mind because my cellphone is covered
I have a warranty insurance with dotsure when I lodged a claim today it just took them one minute to decline my clutch claim after sending them a quote and a service history from Landon Auto.They mislead people with their **** adverti*****t stating that they cover clutch up to R13000.00 which is not true at all and this is against ethics of advertising,they are lying and yes if you go through the policy document there are some exclusions but in my case my car is still drivable but the rev count is going up and down and I took the car to Landon Auto and they confirmed that the clutch has a problem.They gave a quote but dotsure decided to decline without a clear explanation.I beg all people who are insured with this **** to cancel their policy.Tomorrow I will go to the bank to reverse all my premiums and cancel this **** insurance company .
On 2024-12-31 I app**** for for the assistance at Ombudsman for short term insurance on 2025-01-02 they sent me an email replying to my application and they gave me new application forms to fill and send back to them and I did that they also sent me the same application forms for the second time and I filled the forms for the second time and I sent back to them using the new email address that they gave me.Up until now I haven’t received any response from them and I think they got bribed from AA insurance because they are protecting AA insurance by ignoring my application.Ombudsman is a bias body abusing consumers receiving bribes from insurance companies and banks.Ombudsman is a **** and they are not serving consumers interests.
