Stay Away From Loona - Business Closing? But Taking Money

I suspect they are going out of business. Do not give them your money.

Bought an item and the money left my account. One week later I chased and they said there was no record of payment. Provided proof of the transaction and was fobbed off for a week while "accounts look into it".

Today I got an email offering a refund which was actually a credit note that could take 3 months to process.

When I emailed back, the email bounced. Their website is gone. The phone goes to voicemail.

Do NOT give them any of your money.
