Poor service
I purchased a baby cot from Loot.co.za and a day before shipped out they sent an email to say out of stock I then asked if they can give me another one she just said no Their service was so bad and they didn't even.assist in me getting a cot Very poor service

Do not buy from Loona.co.za Online Store
I would like to warn other consumers about this company. They do not deliver their products after receiving payment. They claimed that the courier company lost my goods in transit. I am trying to get them to refund me, but they are not taking my calls, responding to my FB messages or emails and their website no longer works. These thieves need to be prosecuted.

Do not buy from Loona.co.za Online Store

Scam website: Product was not delivered and the company doesn't exist anymore.
I ordered a printer from Loona.co.za on 4 June. A week later, their website was down and the phone number was not working. On the day that I wrote a review on Hello Peter, they came back to me and said it will be delivered in 2 - 3 working days. 5 working days I e-mailed them, no response. 8 working days I e-mailed them and they replied saying they will look into it. Today when I e-mailed them the e-mail address doesn't work, their website is down and no Facebook page. Seems it is a scam website.

I ordered a printer from Loona.co.za on 4 June. A week later, their website was down and the phone number was not working. On the day that I wrote a review on Hello Peter, they came back to me and said it will be delivered in 2 - 3 working days. 5 working days I e-mailed them, no response. 8 working days I e-mailed them and they replied saying they will look into it. Stay Away From Loona - Business Closing? But Taking Money
STAY AWAY! I suspect they are going out of business. Do not give them your money. Bought an item and the money left my account. One week later I chased and they said there was no record of payment. Provided proof of the transaction and was fobbed off for a week while "accounts look into it". Today I got an email offering a refund which was actually a credit note that could take 3 months to process. When I emailed back, the email bounced. Their website is gone. The phone goes to voicemail. Do NOT give them any of your money.

Top marks saved over R3000 and got the laptop I wanted with excellent customer service and the delivery was easy the driver was helpful and polite I will be using them again and I totally recommend this company

Good prices and products but very slow delivery
Good prices and wide range of products but delivery service unacceptable. Driver left my order worth R5000 at the wrong address. I was lucky that person lived on this house is kind and honest and came to me and returned item. The delivery was very slow and took longer than expected. I would suggest that you do not buy here if you want your order in a rush.
