I would like to warn other consumers about this company. They do not deliver their products after receiving payment. They claimed that the courier company lost my goods in transit. I am trying to get them to refund me, but they are not taking my calls, responding to my FB messages or emails and their website no longer works. These thieves need to be prosecuted.
<p>I placed an order for 10 x items valued at R3200 using their online store on the 9th December.</p> <p>I wanted to receive this order before Christmas.</p> <p>After numerous phone calls and emails, it is now 7 weeks later and I still dont have my entire order.</p> <p>I am still waiting for them to deliver 1 x item... </p> <p>I chose to order online because it takes too long to visit the store. </p> <p>After this experience I will never order off Makro's online store again.</p>
