Please assist I am a victim of Identity Theft. I tried to phone your offices MANY times since 16/01/2018, every time I have to hold on and then they speak to a manager and then they tell me to go to the bank or Police of something else!No one really assist me!! The one lady told me to email her which I did and I am still waiting upon her response!? The first mail I send was on the 17/01/2018 15:28 and then again on the 19/01/2018 14:58 and still nothing! ********** I have send the Affidavit and certified copy of my Id to her. Someone opened a Telkom Mobile account fraudulently on my behalf?? I DO NOT HAVE ANY TELKOM ACCOUNTS! AND NEVER HAD BEFORE! Can someone please assist me? I cannot get a case number from the police because I do not have any documents!! I only have my bank statements where the debit order is going off? Please also send me the contract information that they filled in and the copy of that ID please! AND PLEASE STOP THAT ACCOUNT! I am REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR CLIENT SERVICE!
<p>I phoned Samsung Tygervalley ********** 909 I wanted to know what will a new screen for my Samsung S8 cost. The lady told me to phone the service center which is 4feet away from where she is!!I phoned the number ********** 202 the number rang for 3 times then it went off!!I phoned back 5 times and the same thing.It is as if someone put the phone down everytime.So I then phone Samsung Service Center in Canal Walk ********** 816 and it went to a extention 005 and then it says its waiting for a answer then after that is says the number is busy please dail another extention!How would I now what extention to phone??There's no options?So I phoned 3 times and same thing happend then I phoned the number ********** 151 and it went again to the same numer.It also said going to extention 005 and no luck again!!!Then I phoned again Tygervalley Service centre ********** 202 and then phone rang and rang and rang!!NO Answer again!!!!!Then I phoned the Shop again they said I should try the next number ********** 201.I asked the guy can't you just please go and ask them what the price will be and he said no sorry!! </p> <p>I told him I have been to your store for a price and they could not give me a price because they do not have a price or stock because the phone is to new!!The said someone will phone me the Monday with a price and I am still waiting!!That was more than a month ago!!!SO STILL WAITING FOR MY PHONECALL!!</p> <p>SO I then phoned ********** 201 and again the phone just rang!!!NO ANSWER!!!REALLY!!!!!</p> <p>AND THAT IS ONLY TO GET A PRICE FOR A SCREEN REPAIR!!!</p> <p>VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!OR ACTUALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!+</p>
