Completely unhelpful, and call not returned

When my order (Crucial SSD) arrived there were no instructions, only a web site address that was inaccessible. A part was also missing. So I called Loot to get the suppliers contact details so that I could get sorted. Oh no, says the lady at Loot, we don't provide our suppliers names or contact details. How helpful is that? So I ask to speak to a manager. Manager will call you back she says. That was on Friday. It is now after lunch on Monday, and no one has called.

They don't care.
