The disastrous online business model of Loots.co.za
Worst service ever. I wonder whether Loots have delivered anything anywhere in the past ? My order number is ptzk-385-b8a0 placed on 16/11/2022 and NOT delivered yet. Customer care is not reachable over phone, email has no response except one ticket which has no action. *** is this ?

Loots. BAD BUSINESS 100% over
I placed an order on the 29th on November 2019 for items, I am still waiting for my items, I off the items is important to my business ( I had to buy it somewhere else , I have tried in vain to contact them in regards to this, but no response VIA email, and calling them is not a plan, and to think I was about to buy a Generator from them that is over R 20 000. I have change my mind on this…!!! Now the Problem is this Tuesday I am leaving for My Holiday Destination. And will return only after the 2nd of January 2020.. LOOT THIS IS BAD BUSINESS 100% over

Completely unhelpful, and call not returned
When my order (Crucial SSD) arrived there were no instructions, only a web site address that was inaccessible. A part was also missing. So I called Loot to get the suppliers contact details so that I could get sorted. Oh no, says the lady at Loot, we don't provide our suppliers names or contact details. How helpful is that? So I ask to speak to a manager. Manager will call you back she says. That was on Friday. It is now after lunch on Monday, and no one has called. They don't care.
