Never ever EVER use FedEx
Looking at these reviews made me realise I’m not crazy for thinking they are pathetic!! I paid 10k to have a delivery brought from overseas.. It got here and I had to pay 6k duties etc.. so I paid.. delivery gets to me DAMAGED and I get told “where’s your proof of payment” so I show them only for them to say they need to check with their office.. *** surely you cover all bases before delivering??? Never the less they left with 40k worth of business stock to go confirm payment. I have never had such shocking service from any other company! NEVER USE FEDEX

Never order from loots it’s a ****. I ordered a grade 1 text book and 1 month later it’s not here. 0 communication and no way to get hold of them. AVOID LOOTS!!!

Paid over 1000 rand for a car licence renewal and got absolutely nothing, no disk, no explanation etc.. Their reviews on their website are generated by an app so they aren’t real please don’t fall for these people

eNats is a ****- Police report is open
eNats is a ****!!! - I paid over R1000 to have my licence disk renewed and it was all a ****. Went to the licence department with the documents eNats sent me and the traffic department said they are COUNTERFEIT. I have had to open a case at the police department- NEVER FALL FOR THEM

If I could choose 0 start I would! They are an ABSOLUTE ****! Every review here on hello petter with a complaint where they try and defend themselves is EXACTLY what they tried to pull with me- I paid over R1000 to them and what did I receive ? THE WORST SERVICE!! They “claim” that’s your disk will be received in 5 working days… By the end of week 2 I had to personally phone and see why I hadn’t received it- I was told “it is being sent out today” I then received a letter from them via currier stating that the licence disk was blocked from renewal due to needing a road worthy test- So why not pick up the phone and tell me this in week 1 ?? I had to run after them and get told my disk was coming when actually it wasn’t . After doing the test and sending everything in I received an email saying I must pay for a reprint- 1stly they had never printed the disk as it was blocked from renewal so they **** to try get more money.. I emailed to give them a piece of my mind only to receive an email back saying I must go print it at the license department… So what I paid over R1000 for was to get a F*** you from them and absolutely nothing else Now watch as they reply to this review and try defend their **** of a business like they have done with every single complaint here.. My lawyers are now getting involved

Worst gyms in South Africa
USELESS!! most expensive gym membership possible and ISSUE after ISSUE!! This useless lot NEVER REPLY TO MAILS!!!! You speak to 100 people who have no idea what’s going on.. I have been a meme we for YEARS !! And every single month there’s an issue.. they can’t find my daughters Vitality using her Vitality entry number.. yet there is NO ISSUE ON DISCOVERIES SIDE! but no one at VA knows 1+1 never mind how to do the job. Every month I come to glenvista and they say oooh but the system shows your membership at cradlestone.. That membership was PRE COVID AND WAS CANCELED PRE COVID!!! They are PATHETIC!!!!!!!! And the gyms are disgusting, they stink and are filthy! Absolutely appalling! Gym company is great, even VIVA is better !

Worst client service
My daughter and I have Vitality with Discovery life.. But cannot use any of the benefits because none of the connecting gyms etc pick my daughter up as having vitality which I pay for monthly. The entry number says “doesn’t exist” and I have emailed complaints department, despite department, Vitality, I have called and just get told what I’m saying cannot be possible. Oh and every song email I sent (+- 8 email) got an instant generic reply saying my email has been received and will be seen to.. 4 weeks later not a single reply or phone call. They are always so happy to take your money but when there’s an issue nothing gets done

Stay away from One Plan and their **** reviews
Don’t be fooled by all their **** 5 Star rating on HP. When you take insurance with them they send you a link to do a review. never insure with them.. I have had insurance with them for a year now and they have denied every claim but happily take my money every month. It’s the worst insurance on earth

Stay away from momentum !!!
Absolutely disgraceful!! Momentum keep debiting my account for multiply that I do not have.. when I phone them they are disgusting and rude and don’t help. When I email I get ignored. It’s *****ing ! Stay away from momentum.
