I have worst experience with Legacy Motors group BMW Menlyn, Pretoria. My car is out of warranty and gave the car for servicing with 1-2 additional complains which are out of normal serving task. They kept my car for 4 nights as they were very busy. After 4 days they returned my car and forgot to do the servicing. As per the manager - they can NOT do the servicing on 29th Nov because due date is Dec in my car dashboard - what a ridiculous version. I ended up paying a hefty amount of bill as they did diagnosis and failed to find any issue. Need to look for another service centre in the future.

I am based on Centurion and all the time I go to refill my 9kg cylinder at Makro Centurion. I hear people criticizing about the refilling process which is always short by at least 0.5kg but never bothered to measure it at home. Yesterday we filled the cylinder and while at home I saw the measuring instrument is lying at my garage. Surprisingly I found that is short by 0.8kg. I know this amount is NOT a big deal for individuals but makes a BIG amount for black market at the end of the day. I am going to ask for refund of 0.8kg at Makro return now now. Let's see what they say. I will update accordingly.
I have very frustrating experience with FNB Business Banking. By mistake, I recently went back to open a Business Account in FNB and my money got stuck there. I need to buy a website domain but International transaction are restricted. Went to branch, spoken to customer care, secure chat - eventually I realized that forex dept can help me. Secure chat queue was horribly long. They do not work on weekends. They only works for Mon-Fri 8-5pm. They do not have domain knowledge as well. After attempting 22 times, I was lucky enough to get thru and spoken to Shimphiwe. According to her it has nothing to do with forex, it is something related to my card limit and gave me contact details of one more dept called cardlimit dept. Interestingly - when I tried that number it says THE NUMBER DIALED DOES NOT EXISTS. While doing foreign transactions thru FNB, I had bad experience in the past, my collogues also had the same, but I thought they might have corrected by now. NedBank is really good about forex. I need to go back there again. But sharing my recent experience so that other people do not make the same mistake.
What a terrible customer support model Vodacom has built up. I would say Vodacom does not believe in happy Customer - a very unique Business Model in the earth. I was offered a FREE LTE connection till the time of broadband installation. After 100s of escalations, I received the LTE and Broadband. The funniest part is Vodacom billed me a big amount of money for the FREE LTE. Now I have been shouting for Help. Nobody cares to respond. There is a ticket SR210513-581602 raised, no update till date. Definitely no question of of recommendation, rather suggest - please stay away.
Vodacome is a nightmare for me. There is a BIG crisis in their service. I applied for a broadband on 28th March. As per plan, the interim LTE should arrive in 4-5 days and within 3-4 weeks broadband should be installed. Please look at what is happening in the ground - after couple of escalations, the LTE arrived on 20th April which was not active. To activate the LTE SIM, you need to do more escalations. After a week, the SIM got activated. My constant escalation process is still continuing as the broadband is NOT yet installed. It seems my sales person is also tired of escalating on behalf of me, stopped responding to my calls messages. I offered him thru email that I don't want the LTE beyond the 1 month free period, but there is np response yet. Vodacom looks same with Telkom ? Can anybody help me here ?
What a horrible service.... I have initiated a cancellation of the SIM that I started few days ago. The reason being pathetic Internet speed and support system. RAIN is a ****. They don't have a Walk-n center and Customer Care number where you can discuss your issues. No response to the calls logged. Now I am worried how to get the money refunded. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this.
Hi HP, I need you help here - I have been a very loyal customer of Telkom Landline Service since starting of 2016. In the month of of Sept 2018, I have shifted my residence. I went to Telkom Service Center and raised a transfer request one month before I shift. The Service personal informed me that they will work on it on time so that I can avail uninterrupted service. But in reality nothing happens as such. I kept on following them thru email, calling customer care and visiting their service center till 1-2 months after I shift, but I did not hear back from them. They only kept sending monthly invoices. I decided to cancel the connection and NOT to pay the bills for the service that I have not used. Please note - I have cleared all the payments till I used their service. Now I received calls from the Debt collector services threatening me for reporting to Credit bureau or summoning me. It is highly unfortunate that - I never heard back from Telkom but getting calls from Debt Collectors. I feel it is total unjustified behavior of a Organization to their customer. Please help me in this regard. Many thanks.
