They refuse to sell products in stock to a loyal customer. Some story about specials.
My first visit was this morning. The coffee was good. The service was dreadful. Only counter service is available where there was a long queue caused by lack of staff and the order-taker spent a very long time with each customer, writing things on the paper cup to be filled. Seating space is limited and cramped.
Discovery Health will no longer accept queries or communications by email. Only by phone or Whats App. Their phone service is very tredious and long winded, and using WA is unprofessional. So if they don't respond to emails, then there is no record of the communication for the customer to have. What a customer unfriendly company.
Completely customer-unfriendly. No signage or instructions, and no reception. I am an old man and expected to be told where to sit asare there were a number of places where one could sit. I had an appointment, but there was absolutely no one who I could tell this to. Very disappointed
They will not be showing tonight's (Fri 5 Dec) Stormers rugby match which takes place at 10pm. If this is due to the new owner, then I will be cancelling my subscription
Tried to open an account. The ongoing process is a disaster, handled very unprofessionally (documents lost, etc).

I have been unable to access Clicks online for some time now and I have notified Clicks a number of times about the problem. They haven't fixed and I can only conclude that they don't care about their customers
I requested an onlinre quote for 2 cars nearly a week ago. I have had no response from King Price.
They promise a car insurance quote in sixty seconds. 5 days later after 3 followups I get the most unfriendly quote with no explanation. I am absolutely appalled.
