I bought a facial product from them which develope an allergic outcome. I took it to the store i bought it, and they recommended that i have to contact them. I did. They asked me to sent the barcode and pics of the product which i did. I followed up but since the i did not get any feedback. Poor service for such a "big name"

I purchase Loreal preference hair dye , says it last for six weeks. But it lasted for 5 days , I have emailed Loreal complaints department , I have been emailed by Theresa that ask me if I have the box , why would I keep the box, knowing it states on the box and adverti*****t that it last for 6 weeks grey cover , they should write that on the box customer must keep box , I have the scan code on the condioner she says this is not valid , so we must pay and the product is defective .We has the consumer must just keep quiet . That is false advertising , Theresa also ask me how many times you was your hair , after using product. That means you product is inferior. We buy hair dye to cover grey which doesn't last . I even sent the invoice which they say its not needed only the box. Theresa also say only of i have the box they can help Please Loreal what is the bar code on the conditioner ,

I have been a loyal customer for as long as i can remember, and it has always been my first choice in hair color. No complaints about the product itself. However, I recently bought a box of 4U Universal Brown color, and when I went to dye my hair, the coloring cream was not in the box. Everything else was there except for the coloring cream. You can make do should any of the other items be omitted, but unfortunately there is no use to anything without the coloring cream. These hair colors are not cheap, but due to the high quality of them, it has always been my first choice, but this has now, unfortunately, been a waste of money.

I have been a loyal customer for as long as i can remember, and it has always been my first choice in hair color. No complaints about the product itself. Beard Growth Product Not a great buy and for that price!!!! I have brought this under the attention of lorealparis@za.oaccare.com I feel that my disappointment in this product has not been resolved. I have bought the same product twice and on both occasions the outcome was the same. I have bought beard products at half the price and find it to be a better product. I was told via email correspondence that I need to take it back to the supplier for the product to be replaced - there was no specific answer as to when I would receive the replaced product.
