I am writing on behalf of my friend regarding payments that goes off monthly . The bank statement shows no deductions. She went for an affidavit to proof at the office that she did not take any policies or loans. The monies went straight from her old age pension grant.She went to the office and she fiund out that a policy was taken out on her nane which she did not gave any permission and also do not have a contract for that matter. Sve is not tbe only one, because when she visited the office that day, there were also peolpe with the same problem
I bought a facial product from them which develope an allergic outcome. I took it to the store i bought it, and they recommended that i have to contact them. I did. They asked me to sent the barcode and pics of the product which i did. I followed up but since the i did not get any feedback. Poor service for such a "big name"
I sent an email to Eduhead@westerncape regarding the issue on client service. They respond immediately and solved the problem. Thank you Eduhead & Kie. ( thumbs up)
Some of the officials at the department has an attitude that got nothing to do with good client service.You lucky if they answer the phone after ten in the morning. You lucky if they respond on your emails. They think they are paying your salary. PS. ( not all)

Assupol life sucks my policies are uo to date. I sent them proof as well. I made cash payments but EVERY MONTH i am "arrears". They also debit my account which i did not give permission too. My arrears for this month is "twice the premiums". I want to know how they get there. Please explain because i am really frustrating for those people whose not capable of doing their job. Do you pay people for marketing that nonsense you advertise?
Regarding my review this morning, assupol reply to it. I am still not satisfy with their outcome. The rep**** immediately after the review, but on their personal email they do not respond . Just their auto reply. I sent them proof of payments and ask them to call me, but no response.Bad, bad!!
This is the second time I published a complaint against this " company'" Really , I wonder how much they reward those people who do their adverts on TV, etc. I made my premiums on the 31 St of may , sent them the proof of payments and followed up. According them, the sistem is still loading the payments. After that I received an emai that I am in arrears and what's more ... The arrears are MORE than the premiums. They do not even deserve a one star. I informed my friends and family to stay away from Assupol. Bad news!!
I am also not comfortable with this company. They add R300 interest if your policy is a month in arrears. Several years ago my dad passed on , and at that stage it was just before the six months waiting period expired. Wasn't they suppose to pay out the premiums paid ?. Some brokers just want to sell the product and do not explain the full contract with you. After 5 or more years then they tell you that you do.not qualify for the cash back bonus because you did not mentioned it in the contract
I bought a phone last and in three months time I took it in twice for repairs. Worse cellphone ever! I asked them for refund because I need the phone for work purposes. I contacted their company, but they referred me to their customer care,, which referred me to A ckermans customer care. They don't even deserve a star.
