Take a policy 13years ago , need to amend something on policy , still awaiting correct documents , The manager said he will come back me today ,no reply and yet , I called them so many times they can't call me back, He says the IT is busy to resolve the quey and it will be done Today , I call and he didn't even call back , I spent alot of my money every month from 2013 .Need someone to call me asap regarding this matter.
I purchase Loreal preference hair dye , says it last for six weeks. But it lasted for 5 days , I have emailed Loreal complaints department , I have been emailed by Theresa that ask me if I have the box , why would I keep the box, knowing it states on the box and adverti*****t that it last for 6 weeks grey cover , they should write that on the box customer must keep box , I have the scan code on the condioner she says this is not valid , so we must pay and the product is defective .We has the consumer must just keep quiet . That is false advertising , Theresa also ask me how many times you was your hair , after using product. That means you product is inferior. We buy hair dye to cover grey which doesn't last . I even sent the invoice which they say its not needed only the box. Theresa also say only of i have the box they can help Please Loreal what is the bar code on the conditioner ,
Worst experience ever awaiting for some to check why I was debit in july and I cancel in may 2023. The gave me a sr no for why i was charge in July and I call today Still cant get the issue resolved.

Hi my Husband did a booking online and was booked today. He confirmed With the sale rep on Tuesday. They will be installation of netstar fitment 13/07/2023.He called in this morning to confirm the booking they say there was nothing on system.He try to explain the consultant that he really busy at work.The consultant stating why he bragging about him work.This is not customer service .Worst service every. How can customer service agent speak to as customer like that.I would like that agent to apologies.This is not possible for customer service agent to speak like that.
