Bad Product

Beard Growth Product Not a great buy and for that price!!!!

I have brought this under the attention of lorealparis@za.oaccare.com I feel that my disappointment in this product has not been resolved. I have bought the same product twice and on both occasions the outcome was the same. I have bought beard products at half the price and find it to be a better product. I was told via email correspondence that I need to take it back to the supplier for the product to be replaced - there was no specific answer as to when I would receive the replaced product.
