I have been struggling with the online app - after numerous phone calls as simple issue like my email address that has changed now my clicks club card cannot be synchronize. A 1 star for this review is still an overrating. Why bother! No need for this app anyway.
I have been struggling since Friday to get a technician from cool ideas to make contact with me to configure my connection at my new address. I called Friday twice; Saturday and Monday morning 30 March. I am paying for a service that no one seem to know what is going on!!!!!! I work from home and my business is being affected.
I am moving to a new residential address on the 28th of March. I had nothing but tassels trying to get service. A 1 star is still over rating!!! Simple request transfer my current to my new address!!!! Be weary of this service provider!

I have submitted a repurchase on my investment (LISP) on Sunday the 8th of February. I have followed up on numerous emails and phone calls with NO satisfactory outcome. 1 week later I still have not received my withdrawal request!!!!

Beard Growth Product Not a great buy and for that price!!!! I have brought this under the attention of lorealparis@za.oaccare.com I feel that my disappointment in this product has not been resolved. I have bought the same product twice and on both occasions the outcome was the same. I have bought beard products at half the price and find it to be a better product. I was told via email correspondence that I need to take it back to the supplier for the product to be replaced - there was no specific answer as to when I would receive the replaced product. If I could rate 1 to 10 and 1 being poor I will give a 0. I have been battling to get a refund from WebAfrica. You never can get hold of a human and everything is done via whatsapp chat. I made it clear that I found a better service provider. Everytime I get a email response saying that my account has been credit!!!! I do not want a credit!!! I want a refund!! The list of complaints can go on!!! I just don't have the energy. I want my full refund of R1248!!! For service not provided!!
Outsurance Policy Number OT97388257 - I am so fed up with your service. This is the first company that I have come across that just keep on debiting your account without your consent. I had to battle two different unexpected debit orders and bank charges for return debits R147 x 2. I was never refunded this charges. I then called and had to cancel the policy whereby I have received an sms notice on the 27th of November 2023 that this policy OT97388257 has been cancelled and no further debits will be taken from my account. On the 11/12/2023 you have put another debit through my account and now I sit with unpaid fees again of R147. THANK YOU!!!!!! I demand that you refund me and if this does not take place, I will take the matter further!!!
