Doesn't cover grey , its states on your box last up to six weeks

I purchase Loreal preference hair dye , says it last for six weeks. But it lasted for 5 days , I have emailed Loreal complaints department , I have been emailed by Theresa that ask me if I have the box , why would I keep the box, knowing it states on the box and adverti*****t that it last for 6 weeks grey cover , they should write that on the box customer must keep box , I have the scan code on the condioner she says this is not valid , so we must pay and the product is defective .We has the consumer must just keep quiet . That is false advertising , Theresa also ask me how many times you was your hair , after using product. That means you product is inferior.

We buy hair dye to cover grey which doesn't last .

I even sent the invoice which they say its not needed only the box. Theresa also say only of i have the box they can help
