An Amazing onlione store that goes the extra mile!

<p>I have to recommend an AMAZING lady from a company called 'Lost in Lucy Creations'.</p> <p>I made contact with Lucy late Tuesday morning as a desperate attempt to find someone who would be able to print these 2 t-shirts and have them delivered in time for today. (I sent mails to a few but Lucy responded almost immediatly). She was prepared to assist me without giving it a second thought. An extremely pleasant and friendly lady who promised she will arranged for overnight delivery and I should have it by 12 on Friday.</p> <p>On Friday she contacted me again because of issues with the courier. They never collected the parcels and wanted to charge some ridiculous amount to do so and still have it to be in time. Just when I thought o well... that is that then, she said, not to worry, on Friday I'm leaving the office early to deliver my parcels to Pretoria and on Sa****ay I'll deliver yours!. Wow!! I don't think I've ever had customer service like that!! Keeping in mind that I stay in Randfontein.
