Don't Gamble on lottoland.
Lottoland is useless. No communication slow to respond. Quick to take your money, full of stories when it comes to payouts. I recently requested an payout nothing, I waited two days as they state payment will be made in two days. I contacted them, will one huge battle as they are useless to respond to emails. Now my FICA documents are outstanding. Submitted the documents no feedback nothing from their side. I use many online gambling sites lottoland is by far the worst. Stay away

Thank you for your feedback with Lottoland.
This is not the service that we are wanting to provide and strive to get to every customer as quick as possible.
After reviewing your account it shows that the bank account details loaded did not match your account details and there was no ID or any documents on file to confirm or verify the loaded details. A request was sent to you for these documents the following day after the withdrawal was reviewed. We had no response from you for 2 days until the 9th when documents were then provided in the afternoon. in less than 24 hours they were reviewed and your account verified as well as the withdrawal released into the queue to be paid.
You were informed of this as well advising you of the time frames as well as why the withdrawal was placed on hold. Document requests are a regulatory requirement as well as not paying to 3rd party bank accounts which is what your was marked as based on the details you loaded.
I am sorry that you feel you were left in the dark and not communicated with properly or did not understand the request and delays with your withdrawal.
Good thing is that future withdrawals will be a much smoother process. We do hope to see you in the Payout list again.
