Lottoland refuses to help

Lottoland still ignoring me, I think what they do is *****, I deposited a voucher, but my balance was not updated, this happened more than once.. yesterday they pretended to help after I posted here, they asked for the serial number, I gave them, my review was removed, there are ignoring ever since
