LOTTOLAND WILL ***** YOUR DEPOSITED MONEY
I DEPOSITED R290 BLU VOUCHER, THE APP SAYS UNEXPECTED ERROR OCCURED, THE VOUCHER WAS REDEEMED BY LOTTOLAND YET MY BALANCE WAS NOT UPDATED, THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES, I'VE TRIED TO COMPLAIN, I GOT IGNORED

I am sorry that you feel we have been ignoring you.
I have reviewed your account and contacts and you sent multiple emails across the last 2 days which we responded to you requesting the serial numbers of the vouchers in order for us to check with the Voucher provider on the status of the withdrawal and to be able to trace it to correct any errors. We are still waiting for a response from you in order to be able to assist you. We are only going to respond to 1 of the several mails sent.
Please can you respond to the email and provide the requested information so we can assist you with the missing Vouchers.
