Theft and lack of accountability from their staff, truly disappointed. My husband purchased a gift from store, after multiple reports to the store about a missing item, they all claim to be unaware of this incident and will investigate. The SA that made the sale has since resigned, the store manager promised to contact me, and she hasn’t.
