I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at LV Sandton. I have always been a loyal customer of Louis Vuitton, but the behavior of the store director - Zois Glenis during my visit on the 10th September 2024 was deeply concerning and unprofessional.
He stormed out of the office coming to talk to us like he is going on strike. On top of that he was noticeably rude, impatient, and dismissive when approached with a few questions regarding the product I purchased. Rather than addressing my concerns, he displayed an unacceptable attitude, showing clear signs of frustration and impatience. The situation escalated when the he abruptly stormed out of the conversation without any explanation or attempt to resolve the matter, leaving us bewildered and dissatisfied.
As a luxury brand, I expect Louis Vuitton to uphold a high standard of customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that standard. I hope that appropriate action will be taken to address this behavior and prevent it from happening to other customers in the future. HE MUST PRACTICE PROFESSIONILISM SO THAT HIS SUBSORDINATES CAN LEARN FROM HIM< BEHAVING IN THAT MANNER JUST SHOWS THAT ITS OKAY FOR THE LV STAFF TO BE UNPROFESSIONAL IF THEY ARE LEARNING IT FROM THEIR BOSS.
