I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at LV Sandton. I have always been a loyal customer of Louis Vuitton, but the behavior of the store director - Zois Glenis during my visit on the 10th September 2024 was deeply concerning and unprofessional. He stormed out of the office coming to talk to us like he is going on strike. On top of that he was noticeably rude, impatient, and dismissive when approached with a few questions regarding the product I purchased. Rather than addressing my concerns, he displayed an unacceptable attitude, showing clear signs of frustration and impatience. The situation escalated when the he abruptly stormed out of the conversation without any explanation or attempt to resolve the matter, leaving us bewildered and dissatisfied. As a luxury brand, I expect Louis Vuitton to uphold a high standard of customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that standard. I hope that appropriate action will be taken to address this behavior and prevent it from happening to other customers in the future. HE MUST PRACTICE PROFESSIONILISM SO THAT HIS SUBSORDINATES CAN LEARN FROM HIM< BEHAVING IN THAT MANNER JUST SHOWS THAT ITS OKAY FOR THE LV STAFF TO BE UNPROFESSIONAL IF THEY ARE LEARNING IT FROM THEIR BOSS.
My vehicle claim was rejected by Miway Insurance concluded on dishonesty and hearsays. My vehicle was involved in an accident on the 17th of July 2021. The car was towed without my authorization or knowledge and the claim was opened without my knowledge and Miway never bothered to contact me. The assessor Percy Sikhubidu called me to obtain a statement and I told them what my partner has told me. He went to the garage to obtain the footage where he ends up saying stupid things and making pathetic comments about what he thinks he knows. He called my partner forcing him to agree that there were several people in the car which my partner told him that he was alone and he further made assumptions that my partner was drunk. My partner told him that he suspected hijacking as the cars that were following him looks suspicious even the way they were driving, further explaining what happened before the car lost control and hit a robot. Now they are claiming that my partner was racing with his friends that's why he lost control and the other driver took my partner and hide him. But when I went to check the footage all these claims and assumptions are lies and now they are basing on the fact that he doesn't wanna be honest about what has happened even though he has told them repeatedly the same thing of what has happened. They suspected that my partner fled the scene but the footage doesn't show him fleeing the scene that. They made claims that when the police arrived at the scene he was not there, of which the police arrived 30mins after the accident has happened (They were not even coming to the accident scene but the garage), they went to the scene and asked if everyone is okay and they went back to the garage. They reject the claim based on hearsays and assumptions. We know that they reject the client claim to get a fat bonus, I hope that Percy will get rich by twisting what my partner has said to him. Now to add to their pathetic scams, they want me to be liable for the courtesy car costs which are to be paid at the salvage before they release my car. I asked why am I paying this to the salvage am I paying for the storage Ben Louber with confidence he said no but he cannot answer directly to what I am asking him. If I remember you are given the courtesy car for as long as you have a claim open and once the claim is closed you can return the car. Now they are saying that a courtesy car is only for approved claims else you have to pay the cost by yourself. They can't even proof the dishonesty that they are talkin about. I have requested for the towing slip they cant provide it. Pathetic scammers. Nxa. Miway is pathetic, they are scammers and a bunch of useless assessors and their manager proving a point. PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM MIWAY. PLAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS AND THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE.
I have brought a customer around 25th February 2019 to purchase a VW Polo Vivo brand new as I normally bring customers. I was promised a spotter fee but till today I have never received it. I was given pamphlets by Stanley(New Car Sales Exec) to give people who are looking to buy new cars but the wheel turned around when i was suppose to receive my spotter fee. He told me that he has submitted the documents late and i will get it the following month, till today i'm still waiting. I will been emailing him to no success, i even went as far as emailing New Car Sale Manager Chris regarding this but he chose to ignore my emails. I have been ripped off as i have used my car and petrol to take the customer to them, I even convinced the customer to buy from instead of buying from Midrand because Stanley gives customer what they want, but at the end he failed to keep his promise instead ignore my calls, text and emails. They can falsely advertise the spotter fee but they must be considerate and know that to take your friend to go view the car its petrol even if we walk my time and energy still need to be appreciated. They have to pay me my spotter fee as promised.
